Refund Policy

The question of refund would arise when the consignment booked has not been delivered by The Professional Couriers, Salem within a reasonable time frame and when The Professional Couriers is considered to be deficient or negligent in such non-delivery. Read our terms and Conditions for better understanding. The Refund will be limited to the consideration received for the delivery of the consignment at the time of booking. Requests for refund must be raised within 5 days from the date of booking of the consignment.
